Breakfast: a crunchy peanut butter and waffle sandwich with a cup of some tea I got from Teavana
Snack 1: my banana and peanut butter protein shake
Lunch: Chili style red beans topped with avocado and served with 3 Triscuit crackers
Snack 2: A cranberry and dark chocolate granola bar from Central Market about 1/4 cup of walnuts
Dinner: 1/2 cup of whole grain spaghetti with three turkey meatballs, 1 cup steamed brocoli
