Breakfast: a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios with the last 1/2 of my pomegranate
Lunch: 1/2 of the remaining salmon and pinto bean from the previous night served with avocado slices- no taco shell this time
Snack: my usual protein shake
Dinner: The rest of that salmon and pinto bean mixture! Phewww! I know today seemed really boring and bland but being that it was a holiday and that I had nothing to do, it didn't bother me. I could have spiced it up by adding in some salsa, brown rice, or even thrown in some sauteed veggies. Tell me what you guys think I should have down to have made this day less bland
