Day 42

Breakfast: scrambled eggs with avocado and salsa, an apple


Lunch: Crispy beef tacos on a bed of romaine lettuce made with 90/10 ground beef, red bell peppers, avocado, and white onion (step by step instructions shown)


Dinner: Broiled salmon with green beans and zucchini
