Hello all! I hope you all enjoyed your Christmas dinners and are enjoying the plentiful leftovers you might have.
Breakfast- I woke up at noon so I skipped this meal
Lunch: Christmas leftovers! Stuffed mushrooms, cornbread stuffing, green beans, and the remaining pieces of grilled chicken from Buffalo Wild Wings from 2 days ago
Mid Day Meal: A fiber bar; 1/4 cup of walnuts; 6 inch Subway Egg white sandwich on wheat, topped with: spinach, bell peppers, jalapenos, cucumbers, and tomato served with lots of black pepper!
Dinner: Since I family made it "home" I made a turkey and cheese sandwich with avocado
