Day 52

Okay, so I know that no excuses are allowed but forgive me and informal post today. I literally lounged at home all day so I did not really have real "meals". With the exception of breakfast, everything else was just grazed upon

  • Honey nut cheerios with 2% milk
  • Blueberry, peach, and mango smoothie (made with fresh squeezed orange juice)
  • Banana, crunchy peanut butter, honey, and Greek yogurt protein shake
  • A garden salad
  • Leftover minestrone soup
  • Leftover pasta
