Day 51

Breakfast: 2 pieces of toast with crunchy peanut butter and honey; a papaya, mango, and strawberry smoothie made with organic Greek yogurt

Snack- a turkey and Swiss rollup

Lunch: Wild and brown rice served with salsa

Dinner: a garden salad; penne pasta with spinach, Roma tomatoes, and shrimp; minestrone soup
