Day 70

Breakfast: a nice bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios with almond milk
Snack: an almond and dark chocolate bar, 2 scrambled eggs with salsa
Lunch: a spinach salad with tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and bell peppers; about an ounce of grilled chicken; about a cup of brown and wild rice
Midday Meal: A southwestern bowl with brown rice, red beans, romaine lettuce, chopped tomato, sour cream, and pico de gallo
Dinner: my last frozen corn on the cob lol (time to go grocery shopping I guess, I am all out of produce now), 3 ounces of grilled chicken
