Day 61

DAY ONE OF MY VEGETARIAN CHALLENGE: Well looking at this menu, you can tell that I feel like I'm starving. Well, that feeling is true. I feel like I can never eat enough food. HELP!

Breakfast: a crunchy peanut butter and waffle sandwich with a mango and peach Greek yogurt based smoothie

Lunch- 1 cup of brown rice, a peanut butter protein bar

Dinner: 2 black bean and onion tacos topped with spicy salsa; 2 small ears of corn
