Day 58

Hello all! Today has quite the interesting day for me.... well I will start as I usually do

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with spicy salsa

Snack: 1/4 cups of almonds

Lunch- about a plateful of whole grain spaghetti and turkey meatballs with about 1 cup of steamed broccoli on the side

Dinner: 1 1/2 whole grilled chicken breast cut into strips and served on a bed of brown rice

-Eating Clean in College
