Day 46

So tonight I planning on having a friend over for dinner and due to roommate annoyances outside of my control, I started planning for this dinner at 6am.

Breakfast: Plain scrambled eggs; a papaya, strawberry, and mango smoothie; 2 whole grain waffles with crunchy peanut butter

Lunch: The Southwestern Salmon Skillet I made the previous day

Dinner: Grilled seasoned chicken strips with cubed white potatoes and sauteed green beans
