Day 44

Breakfast: Today, I ate what I normally eat in the morning: scrambled eggs with salsa, avocado, and an apple. This time, I added in two pieces of toasted whole grain bread that were drizzled with honey

Snack: Bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios and 2% milk

Lunch: leftover chicken and potatoes from the previous night

Dinner: Spaghetti and turkey meatballs with zucchini and greens beans
