Breakfast: This morning I enjoyed 2 bowls of whole grain cinnamon flavored cereal with 2% milk. I went for two bowls after I realized that it would be selfish to leave just a little bit of cereal left. After I ate my cereal I enjoyed 1 apple and 2 mandarin oranges.
Lunch: Leftover lasagna
Dinner: After I took my family grocery shopping at both Wal-Mart and our local international deli, I was too tired to really make a dinner. So, I prepared a seasoned Indian flat bread that I ate with avocado and lemon.
