Of course for breakfast I had a bowl of Total (as regular reading should know by now) with scrambled eggs, cheese, and salsa.
For a snack, I packed this lovely concoction of grapefruit and blackberries:
For lunch, I made the same spaghetti/turkey meatballs/green beans combo I had earlier instead, this time I added broccoli to the mix. Since I made a hefty portion, I had enough leftover for dinner.
